Rotation option not working – does not save additional ads

Hi, just discovering you plugin and the features look awesome!

But I am having a problem with the rotation option.
I inserted one ad after the content of my posts. That works fine.

Now I want to add another ad and rotate between these two ads.

I clicked on “Toggle tools”
After that, on “Toggle rotation editor”
I see the code of the already existing ad in tab A. I fill in the fields “Option Name” and “Share” (50%)

After that, I click the “+” (Add option name), tab B appears
I fill in the fields “Option Name” (the name of my second ad) and “Share” 50%

Then I click Save All Settings (it has an exclamation mark icon)
After clicking, the exclamation mark disappears. Also do the Rotation and the Tools editor.

I see Block 1, but now it has the code of the second ad in it. The code of the first ad completely disappeared.
When I click “Toggle tools” and “Toggle rotation editor”, I only have tab A (with the code of the second ad in it). There is no tab B to be found.

Seems that the Save All Settings option does replace my first ad with my second ad, instead of keeping the first ad and adding the second ad.

Am I doing something wrong?
