rotating tweets appearing over menu

Try:

div.rotatingtweets {
    z-index: 0;
}

It worked for me in the console with Chrome.

I realise you had tried changing z-index to 0, but I don’t know if you changed the same selector as I did.

Which selector did you try changing to z-index: 0?
