Rotating posts from one category on front page

  • Hi –

    I want to have a rotating post from one category on the front page of my site, https://www.commonground.org. I’ve looked through the forums, and there seems to be so much back in forth about how to accomplish this.

    Could someone lead me in the right direction? A plugin? I have some basic experience with PHP, so could modify if necessary.
