Rotating logo in Autumn Forest

Hi, I am using the Autumn Forest theme for my website, captainpenguin.com, and I am trying to add a rotating image in the sidebar. The issue is that not all of the pictures are perfectly square, so I would have to change the frame size there in the sidebar, but I’m not sure how that would work with the image-rotater as the picture and the frame are separate pictures.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
