Rotating banner at second

Please help.
I would like to insert a code html into the wordpress file to run banners at second.
Now I have a code but it just runs at refresh…
I do not want a plugin. I want to use the code in some positions of pages chosen by me.

You can insert a code for Rotating Banner using Javascript. And make one Shortcode for those Rotating Banner in functions.php. So, you can easily manage the Rotating Banner by that Shortcode. For Rotating Banner you should use Repeater field in Admin Panel
