rop_data in database under opinions

Is anyone familiar with rop_data under options in the database? It has grown extremely large and may be a cause of an issue that I am having. And I can’t find any documentation on it. It is filled with all sorts of data from facebook and twitter tokens to categories and tags to several seemingly random older posts.
