• I have a domain I don’t use for a live website, it’s just for my WP development environment. To make this easier I’ll say the domain name is mydevurl.com. So, when I have a new client, I set them up at https://www.mydevurl.com/clientname.

All of that works great. The problem that I have is that if the client enters this address in the address bar without the “www” like “mydevelurl.com/client” they will end up at “www.mydevurl.com”. Something in the way I’m set up adds the www and does not keep anything after the /.

OK, I just noticed that I am supposed to include a link to my site. I thought outside links were frowned upon. So, my domain name is 404cloud.com. Here is an example of a working site in development.

    https://www.404cloud.com/mask/

But, if you try to go to 404cloud.com/mask, you will just end up at https://www.404cloud.com.

Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong? Thanks in advance to anyone who offers assistance.
