Rooms not showing up in Branch

Rooms are the physical spaces. Room containers are reservable spaces containing one or more rooms. Have you set yup containers as well?

This works because you can have rooms made up of two or more other rooms.

So:
Room Container A may contain Room A
Room Container B may contain Room B
Room Container C may contain Room A and Room B.

Using containers allows the system to know that, if you are reserving “Room Container C” you have reserved both physical room A and B.

That was exactly the issue. I assumed that since the rooms couldn’t be used as a block, the containers weren’t needed. Thanks for clearing that up!
