    Hi,

    Thanks for your post.

    Currently there is no option to remove staff members. However, you may set default value to emplyee field and hide it when adding booking form shortcode to the page.
    All form fields texts and descriptions may be changed/modified in Appearance tab.

    I see. Thanks for the answer, another question, is there a way where I can add a Departure option?
