    The bills that are generated are showing the amount twice that is expected. Help will be appreciated as everything else seems working great and the client is very much satisfied.

    Hi,
    You should use the page Rates Overview to see why the prices are twice the amount you’d expect. It could be something related to the Occupancy Pricing rules, or maybe an issue with the configuration of the room basic costs defined in the page Rates Table.
    Also, if you try to book a room through the front-end, this should show the expected price.
