Rookie-How to display Tags within a post area

Hi,
I have multiple posts. And for easy of readability I have used separators at the end of post’s content so that users can know that it is the end or can differentiate between two posts. Also, I have used some tags. But the Tags are being displayed after the separator. And it gives an impression that the Tags are for next post and not for that particular post. Is there any other way where it can be viewed/displayed/feel within a particular post.
