Hi, nice to meet you! I want to rollback my images to my server but when te process is finished, I only get a broken image icon on my media library.

Can someone please help me with this issue?

    Thanks.

    Hi @jmflores16,

Thank you for using Optimole and apologies to hear about this issue.
Are you using some page builder on your website?

Could you try to manually roll them back as shown in this screenshot – https://vertis.d.pr/Ut3P95 (you need to switch to List view and then choose to restore images back to your Library).

This is a manual process so you need to select ALL on every page of images in the library depending on how many pages you have.

Let us know if this works, thanks!

    Hi! Thanks for your answer.

The main problem is that when I offload the images and try to deactivate the plugin (for any reason) my images are gone or broken. So this is something that I dont like it because if at some point I dont want to use the plugin, my website could crash!

    Hi @jmflores16,

But that’s the main point of the offloading functionality – to remove images from your server and save disk space.
Other than that there is no reason to use this feature and you get all the benefits of Optimole even without offloading the images.

Of course, if you decide to stop using the plugin you need to roll back the images from them to work because they need to be on your server when you don’t use Optimole.
