• When i’m clicking on “Rollback” i get a list of all old plugins versions. When i’m now choose an old version the “Rollback” button stays grayed out. The only choice i have is to “Test Rollback on Staging” which means i have to register for a try out account. I don’t want to do that… is it not just possible to Rollback?

    Kind regards

little addition: this also happens with activated and deactivated plugins.

    I’m running version 1.51

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi there,

That sounds very odd. Can you provide a screenshot? If your plugins are hosted on www.remarpro.com then you should be able to roll them all back with no problem at all.

    Thank you for your reply!

    I also tried it with a different browser…so it’s not browser specific…

The Rollback button is just disabled… on click nothing happens:
    https://ibb.co/dHWiuo

But there is a JS error:
    https://ibb.co/hK3rfT

Probably a problem with other plugins?

The problem is that i have lot’s of plugins installed….

    I already tried to deactivate:
    Asset Queue Manager
    BJ Lazy Load
    plugin load filter
    WP Scripts & Styles Optimizer

because these plugins are changing the load behavior of JS and Styles. But the problem is still existing.

Do you have any idea? Or point were i can start to search for the error?

    Thank you!

I’d suggest using the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot that. It will allow you to deactivate all plugins and put your site on a default theme ONLY for yourself — your live visitors will not see that. We have a write-up on that here:
    https://givewp.com/documentation/resources/troubleshoot-wordpress-websites-health-check/

Then you can enable plugins one at a time and test again until you see the problem again. Then let me know which plugin caused the conflict and I can take a closer look at replicating the issue for you.

    Thanks!

Good idea, but unfurtunatly there is no “Rollback” link in plugin list within troubleshoot mode (even with just only enabling/troubleshoot Rollback plugin): https://ibb.co/nPzbfT

So theres no chance to check it :/
