Rollback activated by FTP ?

    i have problem since the last wordpress update… i can not open my admin panel anymore (!) and i found your plugin just today… lets say: never too late !

    i wanted to know how its possible to used your plugin and run it only by FTP ?
    like choosing a previous version to fixe my website problem but only by FTP ?
