Roles to easy form mailchimp

We don’t have any custom role functionality but you could use this plugin that users have had success with before. I don’t believe it’s available in the www.remarpro.com repository but it is available on Github.

With this plugin if you wanted the editors role to see a specific form you would do the following:

[members_access role="editor"]
[yikes-mailchimp form="1"]
[/members_access]

The first link which says archive, thats a plugin zip file so just download that and install.

Then when you want to have a form protected for a specific role use the member_access shortcode to wrap your yikes-mailchimp shortcode.

Oh I’m sorry I misunderstood what you were asking because you said roles. Roles are something in WordPress like Admin, Editor, Subscriber etc.

When you say the publishers bulletin board, what do you mean exactly. Is that a plugin or something? If it is, you’re better off asking on their support thread because they will be able to help you much more quickly. Just ask them how you can add a shortcode to the bulletin board and then once they tell you how you can add the easy forms shortcode.
