Roles selection on registration form not working

  • Hi
    If I add the roles field to the registration form then when a user regsiters, the registration page just refreshes and nothing happens. If I remove the field again then it works.
    Please help urgently

    Hi @arickuter,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Make sure that you are using the latest 2.0.13 version of the plugin.
    Please try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure hot to do it.

    I do have the latest version installed.
    I just did the conflict test and it still occurs

    HI! Sorry to interfere with the conversation, but I have exactly the same problem – when choosing a role during registration, only the page is updated. Plugin version 2.0.13. WP 4.9.5 A conflict test was made on Your link – nothing has changed, registration is impossible. Help, please.

    I too have the same problem with latest version 2.0.14. please help!
