roles missing

WooCommerce only adds Customer and Store Manager roles and permissions specific to each. This is most likely a theme or plugin conflict.

i found this, its seems its bug here’s the Github issue regarding it which can be found at https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/21579

It seems you patched this bug for Version 3.5 but they have not yet released a backport patch for it to version 3.4.6 which your site is currently using.

If you are on multisite then yes that is specific to that. It works fine on normal installs.
