roles dont update on discord upon subscription renewal

    hi, I’m using your plugin on my site and i have a problem
    I’m using woocommerce subscriptions + paid memberships pro
    subscribers get their role only on first payment, when membership is renewed the client don’t get their roles back on discord server
    they stay with no roles after payment is succeeded and the membership is correctly updated

    Hi @barfwebs
    Can you please go to :

    Memberships->Members

    You will find a column ‘Discord’

    look for the user, if he is logged in, you find a ‘RUN API’ button.
    if the user has level active, click on the button to update the Role – level relationship.

    why are they losing their roles in the first place
    cant it be automatic? in any way? i do not want to click the button each time a subscription is renewed for each customer

    Can you confirm that only if you combine woocommerce subscriptions + paid memberships pro in this case occurs? or without woocommerce subscriptions?
