Roles and Capabilities – Default Setting For New Users?

Thanks Samuel…installed the plugin. I mixed up the terms in my initial post. I need to set ALL MEMBERS (aside from ADMINS) as CONTRIBUTORS, so they can freely submit posts for approval.

It’s not clear to me exactly how to do this within the Role Groups setup page.

What’s wrong with just setting it in Settings > General?
