Role visibility issues

  • Hello,

    Suddenly the plugin stop working fine, and we found issues when we update a product even when we didn’t change the visibility options.

    Example:

    Configuration:
    Products B2B -> Visible: Administrator, B2B
    Normal Products -> Visible: Administrator, Clients, Guest

    The objective is that B2b only could see Products B2B and not normal products.
    And that Clients and Guest only could see Normal products but not b2b products.
    The Admin should see all the products.

    Sometimes it works fine, but sometimes when there is an update it doesn’t work (even if the visibility options doesn’t change)

    Example if we update a single normal product all the Products B2B are hidden on the web for all roles included B2B.
    But if then I update a B2B product, all the Normal products past to be hidden for all roles even (Clients and Guest). But the B2B products visibility past to be fine.

    So I allways have a products that doesn’t show correctly.

    Hum. This is weird.
    You are the first one to report it.

    When you update a product can you please check if something wrong happens with the visibility settings?

    If the visibility settings remain intact there is no reason for this issue
