Role Scoper hiding Taxonomy archives from readers

Hi There,
I’ve created custom taxonomies and the term archives for these custom taxonomies are hidden from readers. Deactivating Role Scoper reveals them. I can’t see anything unusual in my settings. Where can I start to try and fix this?
