I have advanced coupons plug in,

I have just started a collaboration with a group over in the USA, they have a sign up scheme associated with their business, when customers sign up to their scheme they are entitled to a 15% discount through our website on our goods valid for one year from the date that they sign up. Does anyone have any advice on how I can create a coupon code for this?

Things to consider: Customer has to have signed up to the scheme in the US

Customer can use the 15% discount on all purchases placed throughout the 12months based on the date they signed up to their subscription

Customer is not allowed to copy the code to anyone, so it cannot be used by anyone who has not signed up for a subscription.

Could this be something that could be done through role restrictions maybe?

Look forward to any replies to help me with this.

    Thank you

    Hi @mel17,

Assuming the subscriptions give these customer a unique role that differentiates them from other customers then yes you can use the role restriction feature so that it only allows certain customers with roles to use the coupon.

Thank you for this, can you therefore advise on how my customer can log in if I do use the role restriction feature so it allows them to activate a coupon?

    Thank you

    Hi @mel17 ,

The customers can login anywhere through your website, the default would be WooCommerce’s My Account page.

Our plugin will automatically pick up the role; you as the admin will just need to make sure that the customer in question has the appropriate roles.
