Role permissions for Events Manager

Hello everyone, I’m working with a site that uses the Events Manager plugin for all their event managing needs, I was wondering a couple of things:

Are able to set permissions if you’re not a specific role, you can set to pay an amount, but is there an option for an individual event, maybe a certain role, that we can enable free tickets for those roles?

If the first question is yes: Is there a way to limit the number of free tickets somebody can get? if you’re a free member for example you get two tickets, but if you want one more you’d have to pay
