    Is Role Manager a good solution if I need to limit certain individuals Page Edit/Manage capabilities to only one page?

    I am building a site for an organization and they want the head of each sub-committee to be able to edit only their page. Can this be done with Role Manager?

    No. Role Manager relies on the capability features that already exist in WordPress (or any added by other plugins). But there is currently no capability that allows you to restrict edit access to a single Page (or post, or whatever).
