    I’ve been using this for ages and have copied the site whilst we do maintenence. We’ve been through all the settings and can’t find what we’ve done wrong/missed.

    Previously when a new user registers they always registered as a free user and were listed as a subscriber. Now they are appearing as ‘none’ in role and we can’t seem to go in and change it. We have tried but it just ends in a blank page.

    Has anyone had this problem before or any issue.

    Can anyone tell me if perhaps hitting the reset on roles might work or will that reset lots of other things?
