Role based pricing not applied for unregistered user

    For unregistered users, I want to add 10% markup, but in front it displays regular price instead of regular price + markup.

    Hello,
    This is not expected behavior.
    Could you please?run the theme and plugin compatibility test on your site by deactivating all plugins except ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing plugin and woo commerce, changing the theme to the default one, and checking the products price as a guest user on your site?
    Let us know if the issue persists.

    Thank you for quick response,

    To test this things, I created complete new local setup, Now I have only two plugins
    woocommerce and ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing.

    ### Setup Info

    PHP: 7.3.22 (also tested with 7.4.22)
    Wordpress: 5.8.2
    Theme: Twenty Twenty-One (1.4)
    Plugins:
    woocommerce: 5.9.0
    ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing: (1.2.3)

    After fresh installation of ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing, I created only one rule which is 10% markup for all unregistered users.

    But still when I open site in incognito mode it displays regular price instead of regular price + markup (10%)

    For products, I imported woocommerce default products and I’m testing this with simple product which has regular price $20.
