I know that you are using Members. What I asked is the name of that third-party plugin that added new permissions so I can try to duplicate this issue. Basically, when you see capabilities from this plugin on Members’ Role page, you should be able to grant and deny access to these capabilities. If you have any issues with saving changes, you should check if this is not some plugin conflict.

I’m sorry for the delay in response. Unfortunately, Bookmify is a paid plugin so I’m not able to test it on my local installation.
