    Hi Dear Community!

    When E-Mail is sent to an client and i use the {{cart.coupon_code}} variable, it do not create and show a coupon code in E-Mail. (It stays empty)

    Is it right that the coupon-code will be dynamically created and sent to the user?

    Any idea how to fix it?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Can you please check if you have enabled the coupon option from the email template settings?
    Here is the setting: https://nimb.ws/I6XFgy

    If this option is not enabled, then it will not create a dynamic coupon for the users.

    If you have sent the test email, it will send the ‘Dummy’ coupon, which is only for test purposes.

    It will not work. But in real-time plugin creates the coupon and will apply on the checkout page.
