I was having trouble getting the paid upgrade to install properly and their internal system said it had, so there was a disconnect in communications. Once we got on the same page and they understood my issue, they were quick to resolve (I had to set up an admin for them on my site and they did a manual upgrade to deal with a security measure on my side that was preventing the automatic install).
Happy to reassess the four-star rating after I have more seat time with the product. Looks promising.
