Rock solid store with brilliant support

Have been using Ecwid (previously known as eShop) in other sites since April 2013 and have never had any issues; it just works! Recently started using Ecwid WP plugin with the same ease and faultless performance. Each time I have reached out to Ecwid for support (for guidance and tweaks) the courteous and competent team responded within 24 hours. For me, product reliability coupled with superb live support and other excellent support resources deserves five stars.
