Robots.txt not working after installing WP Robots Txt

  • Hi everyone,

    I have this very odd problem with my robots.txt. When I did google search today, The Meta Tags for my sites say the following:

    “A description for this result is not available because of this site’s robots.txt – learn more. You’ve visited this page many times. Last visit: 19/10/15”

    And when I check my site: https://styleonset.com/robots.txt
    I realized I haven’t blocked any pages from google.

    So I did my research and installed “WP Robots Txt” plugin. I activated it and than went under Settings ->Readings -> Robots.txt Content and updated it to block /wp-admin/. I than saved it. But when I check my url, it doesn’t show any changes.

    Can I get some help here? I read a lot of topics and didn’t find any of them helpful.
