Robots.txt file is missing

    I have installed wordpress on CPANEL from Softaculous.

    I am not seeing Robots.txt file anywhere in the wordpress installed directory.

    Please advice where should i place “robots.txt” file.

    should it be in Root directory of Website ?
    OR at Theme directory ?
