robots.txt blocking GWT

Hi, I set up a GWT account for this subdomain

https://noise.jimlongo.com

I have xml sitemaps on and “allow search engines to index this site”

You can view the sitemaps at https://noise.jimlongo.com/sitemap_index.xml
You can see the robots.txt

User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-includes/

Yet all the urls in the site map are reported as being blocked by robots.txt in GWTs.
