    My site uses a theme with messaging which I have disabled and do not use. However when my site is crawled these pages “www.websitename.com/message” are picked up and reported as errors.
    With my previous SEO plugin I could manually disallow this but I can’t see how to do this now.
    There is no option for “messages” for me to tick/untick

    Apart from this, the plugin is excellent.

    Hello!

    Could you go to “SEO Settings > Robots Meta Settings > Indexing > Post Type Settings” and see if you can deindex “messages” there?

    Please also inform the theme author about this issue — non-public endpoints shouldn’t be registered as publicly queryable.

    Thanks for the reply, there is no messages option anywhere, I will get in touch with the author as you suggest.
