Robots.txt file not writable

  • HI,
    I noticed that with Solid Security active I don’t have the ability to edit the robots.txt file from the Rank Math plugin editing.
    How can I enable writing only the robots.txt file.

    Glad you reached out!

    It looks like Rank Math needs to built-in file editor in WP to be accessible, so it could be conflicting with Solid Security’s “Disable File Editor” setting in Security > Settings > Advanced > WordPress Tweaks.

    Can you try disabling that setting and check if it helps? If not, try to disable the “Disable PHP in Plugins” setting in Security > Settings > Advanced > System Tweaks instead.
