Robots.txt destroyed

Apologies for the inconvenience, we have fixed this issue and it will be added to the next release.

As a workaround you could use the following steps:

• Take a backup of your existing robots.txt file before deleting the original
• Purge the cache
• Create a new robots.txt with the appropriate content

When is the next release scheduled?

We don’t have a date for this as yet but it should be soon.

I haven’t looked at the fix (isn’t there a GitHub?), but to prevent any future issues, the robots.txt of TSF is a modification of WordPress’s built-in robots.txt output — The SEO Framework only filters the output.
