Robot txt file madness

  • Hi
    Does anyone know what does
    “Robots meta tag contains noindex instruction”
    Im getting that on my website when i use https://www.siteliner.com

    My txt file robot says:

    <html>
    <head>
    …
    <meta name=”robots” content=”index, follow”>
    …
    </head>
    <body>

    – my website –

    </body>
    </html>
