    Hello I purchased Robo Gallery and have been opening tickets in your customer area with some issues on my gallery without any response. Do you guys actually provide support? Can someone please take a look and reply something pretty please.

    Oh wow you are alive! LOL.
    Please have a look although due to the extremely long time in support response I had to find a different product that would work.
    Tickets are: 3088 and 3083.
    For the future should I now use that channel as use this one instead? Thanks.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
