When clicking an image to open the lightbox, the image appears lower down the screen so you can’t see it straight away. This is only for signed out users, when logged into wordpress it appears fine.

Anyone have the same problem? I’ve seen it before on other websites we run.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reaching out! Based on your description, it sounds like there might be a conflict with another lightbox plugin or possibly an issue related to your WordPress theme. This could explain why the problem only occurs for logged-out users.

I’d recommend trying the following steps:

    1. Go to the Gallery Settings > Compatibility Settings and switch to the alternative lightbox library to see if that resolves the issue.

    2. Clear your website and browser cache, then check the gallery again.

    3. If the issue persists, it would be helpful to know which theme and plugins you’re using, as they could be affecting the lightbox behavior.

If none of these steps help, please feel free to submit a support ticket in our local support section, and we’ll take a closer look at what’s happening.

Let us know how it goes!
