ro Version (V. 2.6.0): Update data not working

  • Hi Team,

    The update data function (I guess it’s related to cron) is not working. Only manual update when hitting the “Update data now” button, at the product page OR the “Real Time (Not recommended)” option at the plugin config page. The second option is not really an options as it slow down dramatically our website.

    Obs.: The “update data now” at the config page does not work either.

    We’re using:
    WooCommerce – 3.3.3
    Crowdfunding for WooCommerce Pro – 2.6.0

    Could you please provide us with a solution? Is there anything we can check and/do in order to solve this issue?

    This is affecting our production environment/website.
