RMA Plugin

Hello All,
I got a problem.. i forget things.. with a 8-4 job, 3 kids and a company of my own, i tend to forget things, and this begins to be a problem for my costumers.

So, When i got my oscommerce shop back in the days, i had a RMA system. Costumers need to fill out a form, and i get the RMA logged in the shop.

I`m looking for this kind of plug in on my shop, have tryed a few (they was not updated, so did not work).

Prefably free, but can pay a one time fee on it also, but trys to stay away from the yearly fees.

Anyone can help me getting rid of my problem?
