R+L is not showing shipping Quote

  • Hello,
    so I need help. I have followed the instruction on how to install this plugin and how to set it up and still it is not working. Tried clearing cache but still do not work. so if anyone has a video or step to step on how to set this up so it can work for me( it is not showing the rates, it just state shipping method not available). I will be very happy.

    I currently have the UPS(Basic) plugin install for my small stuff, but I want to in-cooperate with R+L LTL freight for shipping too. is it possible to have them both? If not which other shippers provide can I use instead of UPS(Basics)?
