    Hello,

I gave your plugin a shot, lots to like there, but for this project, it just wasn’t the right fit. I tried out several of your modules, including the login customizer.

Post deactivation and deletion of your plugin, the default WP logo on the login page is still overwritten by my site’s logo, and in an improperly cropped format. Here is a static picture of it when the login page is the default WordPress login https://i.imgur.com/wm8mXdl.png

I have started to use White Label CMS which also offers login customization, but it is unable to change the logo your plugin seems to have coded in. You can see this by going here https://pvunitedfc.com/wp-admin

To be clear, with or without White Lable activated, or even installed, the issue is the same, and it started when I deactivated and deleted your plugin. Again, prior to your plugin, I had the default WP login with the default WP logo. After enabling your login module your plugin replaced the WP logo with our logo. Then, when your plug-in was deactivated and deleted, the WP logo did not reappear, leaving the cropped image you see now.

I’m not all that pleased that your plugin has left negative ramifications on the site after being deactivated and deleted. Please correct this post haste.

    Regards,

    Pete

  • Hi there,

We are really sorry about the issue you’re having.

But I just ran a quick test regarding the issue and didn’t find it like what you have written above. Please watch the recorded video, https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/10128460?key=cc3998091b13c35189edd88400465379

I tested it by replacing the default logo and uninstalling our plugin, it get back to the default logo as soon as I deactivated the plugin.

Anyway, I pass passed this ticket to the dev team for a deeper investigation. Please be upon with us, I believe they will test it again and come up with fixes if any issues there are.

In the meantime, if you can please provide a video from your end like me. That really helps to understand/find out the bugs in the real scenario. ( your given screenshot link didn’t work )

    Thanks

    Hi @tng1,
There’s no relation with codebase and Login form will remain as it was after Deactivation & Deletion our plugin.
I’m sure it is a cache issue on your end (Browser or Server).
Though we’re requesting you to please create a short video so we can understand the issue.

    Thanks

    Good morning Sajib and Liton,

Thank you for the responses, much appreciated.

To recap, I installed your plugin originally so I could modify the menu in the dashboard. I found that you had a login screen editor included so I used it to replace the default WP logo and all was well. When I decided to deactivate and uninstall your plugin the default WP logo did not return, and the logo your plugin was using was then cropped and shown in its current truncated form.

I eventually installed White Label CMS to replace the default dashboard which also offers login page editing ability but any edits I make there does not change the situation.

I understand from your replies that you can not duplicate this in your test environment…I completely believe you…yet the issue was caused by your plugin on my side, and I need to solve the problem.

Your continued support will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello @tng1,
Thanks for understanding the situation. Our Login Customizer Module has the complete control for customize everything.

There’s no Code left after deactivating our plugin. It’s completely overriding by other plugins and not related with our plugin.

    Check the source code: https://tinyurl.com/25r5tvr2

White Label CMS must have the option for Logo Height + Width. It’s now 128×128 px on your website.

Please contact with them if you don’t understand how to set it. They must have the options for set custom height + width.

    Thanks for understanding.

    Best Regards
