Ripped Me Off and No Answers From Support

I had an issue when I first used the plugin a year ago and had a terrible time trying to get support. A year later, they charged my card for another $50 but didn’t renew the subscription. I can’t use the product. They won’t answer my support ticket. Looks like I’m going to have to initiate a chargeback. Stay away from this plugin!
