    These guys are going to rip you off. Once they have your money, it isn’t ever coming back for any reason.

    You’ve already been given notice that you must provide a refund. This is our last communication on the matter on this board.

    We’ve already been in touch with you multiple times and you have denied our refund. If you wanted this to be a positive resolution you would have made fair representations, or responded when we provided notice. If this is your way of treating customers you’ve got a long road ahead of you.

    Contact Envato and figure out which one of the many you’ve ripped off. We went through all the appropriate channels. You denied the refund like a chop shop would.
