• They charged me for 2 months and products are still not approved. They informed me that their tools has Google api issues. There are no products on the Google merchant. I have taken all the screenshots and send to them and they still don’t want to refund. Do not use this tool. It’s better to deal with Google directly.

    We are disappointed to hear that you feel your experience with our plugin was a ripoff. Yes, there is an issue with the Google API not showing your approved products correctly on our dashboard. We do understand that this can cause confusion and we do apologize for that.

    Our Kliken Support Team did send you confirmation that you have products that were approved by Google to be listed on Google Shopping. A screenshot of this information was also sent along with this confirmation. They also explained how you can log into your Google Merchant Center so you could see the approved products.
