Rightmove V4N Spec for new home developers

    We are trying to set up the RTDF with Rightmove. However, as the business markets new builds, our account with RM is a “New Homes Developer” account, which RM say uses a different specification (V4N) from the RDTF used for general estate agency sales. Is there an add-on for this that I’ve missed, or a way to get RTDF to work with this?

    Hi Andrew,

    Although I am familiar with the v4n format and have worked with it on other projects, I’m afraid we don’t have any support for a v4n feed within Property Hive.

    The v4n relies on a developer-style-plot relationship which we just don’t store by default in Property Hive.

    If Rightmove can switch you to an account that supports RTDF then we can support this using our real-time feed add on:
