Right way to converting meta_value to integer

    I need to converting meta_value of Specific meta_key to integer.Its data is integer but when I getting meta_value its printed as array
    Here is the output:
    Array ( [0] => 1000000 ) 1

    So i didn’t find helpful solution.I would be thankful if you help me with this.
