    Hello everyone!

I am currently trying to set up a WordPress Multisite. Therefore I need to set up some restrictions to our users with the role “Shop Manger”.
Unfortunately I have given the “Shop Manager” every right in the topic “coupons” but he is just able to edit or delete them.
I have tried to figure out some other rights that my be the cause for the Shop Manager for not being able to create coupons, but I did not find it.

Maybe someone can give me a hint which right might be the problem.

I already want to thank in advance for every help I get.

    Best regards

    Benjie!

    Hi Benjie!

Re-check ‘Coupons’ group, just in case the ‘create_shop_coupons’ capability exists and is not granted to a role.

    Hello!

Thank you for your fast reply. I did uncheck every right under the “Coupons” group and saved it. After that, I reactivated every single one and saved it again. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem.

Do you have any other ideas?

    Hello Vladimir,

I just wanted to update this post:
I now cloned the user role “Shop Manager” and gave the testuser this new role with the exact same rights. Unfortunately this did not work either.

For every idea I am very glad!

    Best regards

    Benjie

    Update/fixed problem:

The right that was missing in order to create a coupon was the right “edit_post”.
