Right sidebar not showing on single post

  • Greetings!
    This is my first time to use the theme and would appreciate any help you can provide.

    I’m having somewhat of a similar problem with the right sidebar not showing up on a single post page. Layout is set to Right Column Layout for Single Style.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Works nicely on the home page but once a post is clicked, the right sidebar is at the bottom.

    Greetings…I just went to your site and clicked on the Benedict Speaks to Youth post, but I see your sidebar is on the right side position and not below. Is there a particular post that the sidebar drops below?

    Hmm, that’s interesting! Safari and Chrome on my end show same thing – no right sidebar.

    Didn’t know how to show an screencapture here, so I created a page called Testing… and posted the screenshot.

    AH! I think I know what you are seeing….you must be using a smaller resolution on your screen. When the window gets down to around 1024 pixels in width, the theme (page) goes into responsive mode and the side column will float below.

    What size is your screen resolution?

    I may need to perform an adjustment to the media queries as to when the column floats below. It might be floating down too soon.

    OH wait… you said it doesn’t do that when viewing all the posts in the blog home page, only on the single view. That is something different then. I will need to look into this and see why it’s doing that sooner than the blog home page does.

    Hi again,

    My resolution is 2560-by-1600 on a MacBook Pro 13″ retina. Yes, you are right. Right sidebar floats down quicker on the single post.

    It seems to do it for me too as I shrink the window down; the single view floats down before the blog home does. Odd considering both templates have the same column structure.

    Anyway, I will get an update (fix) done for Senses Lite tomorrow.

    Quick follow up…I found the problem! Easy fix actually, but the theme is now uploaded to www.remarpro.com and is live. You should have a notification of the theme update in your admin.
